Yanglan Sour Fish Soup was invented by the Danjia Family in Sanya, and further upgraded by the local people in Yanglan County. The dish uses fish harvested in coastal waters of Sanya, and cooks them with tamarind tree leaves and fruits, tomatoes, and marinated bamboo shoots. Tenderly-cooked fish with tangy, sour gravy: the dish is remarkably appetizing.
