Bai Shifeng (白士风) is a contemporary artist and master of bamboo carving – an intangible cultural heritage of Changzhou, Jiangsu province. On May 18, the Changzhou Museum will launch an exhibit of bamboo carving art created by Bai Shifeng and his inheritors. Nearly 100 bamboo carving artworks as well as paintings, rubbings and letters related to Bai’s artistic life will be on display. The exhibit will run through July 2.
