Xi inspects Shijiazhuang in North China's Hebei province

SHIJIAZHUANG -- Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Friday inspected Shijiazhuang, the capital city of North China's Hebei province.

He visited a research institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and the planning exhibition hall of a biomedical industry park, where he learned about enterprise R&D and production and local efforts to advance the biomedical industry.
