The new Guangzhou Cultural Center, located on the shore of Haizhu Lake, opened to the public on Tuesday. With a footprint of 142,000 square meters and with its distinctive Lingnan Garden style, it has become a new cultural landmark in Guangzhou, Guangdong province.
