The Yongling Tomb in Chengdu is where the founding emperor of the former Shu Kingdom (907-925) was buried. His stone coffin was carved in relief with 24 female performers dancing and playing musical instruments. The Taiping Rebellion History Museum in Nanjing is holding a music culture exhibit related to the figurines. Come and admire the charm of Chinese music from 1,000 years ago until Mar 19.
