The Beijing Tour for Overseas Talents event has become a bridge linking more and more overseas talents and employers in Beijing. Ren Tian is one of them. As a doctoral student in chemical engineering at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States, Ren wants to be a teacher in Beijing after graduation.
