Last year, a total of 4,782 trains carrying 459,000 containers passed via the two ports, an increase of 4,627 trains and 445,000 containers compared with the first return train launched in 2015.

In recent years, the group has completed a series of transformation and update projects of freight yards of the two ports and the electrification of related railways.

To ensure the smooth delivery of imports and exports, the group has promoted proactive measures, such as online services offered by the e-commerce website 95306.cn and special transportation plans for different enterprises.

The group added that it will make full use of the advantages of the dual-port channel, further strengthen transportation organization and strive to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the China-Europe freight service.
