The 11th Qintai Music Festival kicked off at the Qintai Music Hall in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province, on Nov 18. Famed pianist Wu Muye performed at the opening ceremony, treating the audiences to the great work of Liszt.
Known to have “golden fingers”, Wu was awarded the Perfect Piano Performing Artist Medal by the French Ministry of Culture in 2009.
