Kunming industry glows with vitality

Kunming’s industry sector is developing with high momentum. In the first three quarters of this year, the added value of the city’s industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 7.4 percent, and it is expected to exceed the 500 billion yuan($70.17 billion) for the whole year. The growth rate of industrial investment reached 49.8 percent, the highest rate since 2009.
