Two female architects have recreated the Qianlong Emperor’s Visit to Suzhou, a Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) painting scroll depicting an inspection tour of the Qianlong Emperor in 1751, in a humorous way. The Suzhou Museum in Jiangsu province unveiled an exhibit on Aug 20, showcasing their artistic design through engaging media. The exhibit will run through Nov 13.
