The Shanghai Museum unveiled on July 30 an exhibit of archaeological findings from Henan province, putting on display the civilizations of the Xia (c.21st century-16th century BC), Shang (c.16th century-11th century BC) and Zhou (c.11th century-256 BC) dynasties. A total of 314 pieces of artworks trace the origins of Chinese history. The exhibit will run through Oct 23.
