Shanghai exhibits Greek art inspired by the sea

The sea plays a significant role in Greek culture. The Shanghai Museum unveiled on July 19 an exhibit of sea-related Greek art, in celebration of the Culture and Tourism Year between China and Greece. Dozens of artworks from Greece tracing the European country’s culture and history are on view. The exhibit will run until Oct 9.
