During the 4th and 7th centuries, there was a nomadic Kingdom called Tuyuhun (吐谷浑) in Northwest China, where contemporary Qinghai province is now located. On July 8, the China National Silk Museum, in Hangzhou, launched an exhibit on Tuyuhun’s history. Abundant cultural relics showcase the role ancient Qinghai played on the Silk Road. The exhibit will end on Aug 25.
