The Miao ethnic group’s dragon canoe festival kicked off in Shibing county, Southwest China’s Guizhou province on June 22. During the four-day festival, the Miao people took part in an exciting race. The Miao dragon canoe was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2008.
