May 19 marks the 12th China Tourism Day. Chinaculture.org will hold a 24-hour livestream event, taking worldwide audiences on a virtual journey throughout the country.
Under the theme of Experience Chinese culture, Enjoy a beautiful journey, the 24-hour LIVE event will cover a wide range of topics such as tours and guides, Chinese culture and performing arts, Chinese cuisine, expats' travelogues in China, panda hotspots as well as how tourism has changed people's lives in rural places.
The event is supported by the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of the Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
