Yuqian rice, a special spring delicacy

When spring comes, the elm trees are filled with strings of "elm money". A mother and daughter in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region show how they work together to pick elm money, which they will use to make Yuqian rice (also called elm money rice). Enjoy the video.
