Sutra of the Great Peahen, Protective Queen in the collection of the Henan Museum is a three-volume woodblock print dating to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). The edition is a Chinese version translated by the Buddhist monk scholar Amoghavajra (705-774).
It contains 195 illustrations in different sizes depicting more than 1,000 Buddhist figures with bold colors and exquisite details.
