The musical Su Dongpo will be presented at the Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Center on May 4 through 8. Depicting the legend of writer Su Shi (1037-1101, aka Su Dongpo), an iconic figure of ancient Chinese literature, the production also highlights the cultural prosperity of the Song Dynasty (960-1279).
