Deputy: Dispute resolution improved by public hearings

At the fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress held on Sunday, Fang Min, NPC deputy and business director of Ningxia Electric Power Investment Group Co LTD's information center, suggested that public hearings should be taken as a normal mechanism for handling disputes.

She hoped that the procuratorial organs would continue to support necessary hearings to effectively promote the resolution of conflicts.

In response, the Supreme People's Procuratorate said it organized 105,000 hearings in 2021 and will continue to ensure fairness and justice.
