Frozen waterfall creates spectacular photo ops in Jinan

With the continuous low temperatures in Jinan, Shandong province, a waterfall in Foyugou Scenic Area froze over on Jan 16, creating spectacular winter photo opportunities. The frozen waterfall hangs off of a cliff 10 meters high and is becoming a popular attraction among shutterbugs to snap photos.
