A great chance to enjoy the art of food but not in a restaurant! An exhibition on catering culture in ancient China opened to the public on Dec 28 at the National Museum of China with more than 240 items available for public viewing.
The exhibition is a panoramic view of catering history from the perspectives of food material, cookware and tableware, culinary skills and dining etiquettes.
