Ice and snow festival kicks off in Xinjiang to celebrate the New Year

To celebrate the upcoming New Year, the 17th ice and snow cultural tourism festival has kicked off in Barkol Kazak autonomous county, Hami prefecture, Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region!
