Guan Yu was a renowned ancient Chinese general from the Three Kingdoms (220-280) period who was known for his martial valor and loyalty toward his master. He was then deified as Guan Di (lord of war), the paragon of loyalty and courage. A themed exhibition on Guan Yu will open at Shanxi Museum from Oct 29 till Feb 2022, showcasing more than 130 sets of precious cultural relics related to him.
