The founding work of the Shanghai Ballet, the White-Haired Girl,will greet audiences again at the Shanghai International Dance Center on Sept 30 and Oct 1. Debuting in 1965, it not only employed western artistic expressions, but also included rich Chinese traditional choreographic elements.
