Additional archaeological excavation is underway after work started in June at the previous identified Lanyuanling Hill Site in Huangpu district, Guangzhou, Guangdong province.
So far, 50 tombs dating to about the 16th century BC and between the 11th and the 5th century BC have been discovered, and more than 160 cultural relics were unearthed.
