The much loved Yueju Opera actress Wang Wenjuan breathed her last in Shanghai on the morning of Aug 6, at the age of 95. She rose to fame in 1959 in the debut of the Yueju production 'Dream of the Red Chamber'. Her stunning performance as the heroine Lin Daiyu has set a hard-to-surpass interpretation of the character.
