A light show with the theme of "Always Follow the Party" was held in the Bund and Lujiazui areas along the Huangpu River in Shanghai on June 22, 2021. Nearly 300 buildings were lit up.
Since the beginning of this year, mass cultural activities, in various forms, are being held across the country to celebrate the centennial of the Communist Party of China. It is also a celebration for the people.
