This show incorporates traditional Chinese instruments such as Jian drum, Chinese opera drum and pipa.
Song of King Lanling Entering the Battlefield was composed in Luoyang during the Northern Qi Dynasty (AD 550-577), presenting the life of King Lanling.
In the Tang Dynasty (618-907), the song was introduced to Japan. Later, it was lost due to a ban issued by Emperor Xuanzong. It was not until 1986 that this song was recovered by Japanese scholars.
