An exhibition themed on original Taoyuan embroidery dating back to the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) and the Republic of China (1912-49) has opened to the public at the Hunan Museum. More than 170 pieces of Taoyuan county embroidery works present superb techniques and folk customs as well as the unique aesthetic taste and wisdom of the local people.
