The musical History of Shanghai is going to greet the audience at one of the city's newest cultural tourism landmarks, Songcheng Performance Park, on April 29. The story, divided into five acts, begins from the Warring States Period 2,000 years ago to the contemporary international scene.
Songcheng Performance Park consists of three interior theaters with a capacity of 6,000 audience members. The largest performance hall can contain 2,900 people. Many dance drama and musicals are scheduled to be onstage, including Katyusha and Modern Times.
