Ninety years ago, Lu Xun (1881-1936) who was a leading figure of modern Chinese literature advocated for the reform of traditional woodblock printing. To commemorate his advocacy and the 140th anniversary of his birth and to pay homage to the woodblock printing art form, the Jinling Art Museum in East China’s Jiangsu province is displaying 90 precious woodblock prints by different artists.
