Classical Minju Opera Women Generals of the Yang Family was staged in Fuzhou, Fujian province, on Feb 22 to celebrate the upcoming Lantern Festival. Originating from the Fuzhou area, Minju Opera was one of the traditional Chinese operas included among the first batch of national intangible cultural heritages.
