Does your mouth water when you see succulent Chinese dishes? The Liaoning Dish Museum in Northeast China’s Liaoning province is displaying the entire Manchu-Han Feast of 108 dishes that was served as an imperial banquet during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Also on display are traditional Chinese cooking techniques, which are a national intangible cultural heritage.
