Museum launches Longquan celadon cup as souvenir gift

Today is Valentine’s Day. Cups are always a good choice for a token of love between modern-day lovers. The Suzhou Museum in East China’s Jiangsu province recently launched a Longquan celadon cup with a black walnut coaster. The cup, with a motif of lotus petals, was designed based on an item in the museum’s collection, a porcelain lotus bowl of the Five Dynasties (907-960).
