After days of heavy snow, Huoshizhai National Geopark in Xiji county in Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region was covered with rime. The geopark, which has one of the most well-preserved Danxia landforms in China, is also known as China's "Grand Canyon".
Huoshizhai, literally meaning "fire stone village", got the name because of the dark red stones that look like fire from a distance.
