Focusing on the youth and artistic pursuits of Mei Lanfang (1849-1961), the Peking Opera master, the original modern KunquOpera Mei Lanfang in His Youth has been staged in Nanjing, Jiangsu province. The work is produced by Jiangsu Performing Arts Group.
