Youmian Wowo is a traditional cuisine in Datong. Made with hulless oat, the food shaped like a honeycomb tastes very delicious.

Youmian, the oat flour, is a popular wheaten food in Northern Shanxi province. It is usually steamed in a pot, and served with braised eggplant, cucumber slices or minced mutton and mushrooms.
