Dates for Shanghai Book Fair announced

Organizers of the Shanghai Book Fair announced at a promotional event in Beijing on June 11 that this year's fair will take place at the Shanghai Exhibition Center from Aug 12-18.
Hosted by the Shanghai Books and Periodicals Distribution Association under the guidance of the municipal administration of Press and Publications, this year's fair – it will be the 17th edition - will feature a series of new measures to ensure public safety in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The fair will include online events that introduce high quality books to the public, organizers said.
