An online signing ceremony was held in the Yantai Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone on April 3 to establish a foreign-funded law firm, the first of its kind in the area.
The firm, supported by a renowned South Korean legal company, will offer professional legal services covering finance, real estate, intellectual property and other fields.
The foreign-law firm will better provide legal consulting services to South Korean enterprises and South Korean expats in Yantai. It is also a part of the area’s wider efforts to improve its business environment.
