The State Council recently issued a circular to sort out administrative laws and regulations that are related to canceled or delegated administrative projects, or no longer are applicable in practice, in an effort to propel administration streamlining and optimize reform in government services. The decision will come into force as of the date of release.

Amendments are made for certain articles from seven administrative laws and regulations.

Ten administrative laws and regulations are abolished.
