China sends teams to inspect work resumption progress

China will send investigation and research teams to some provincial-level regions in the country to check the progress of their work and production resumption as the coronavirus outbreak subsides.

The 29 teams will conduct the research in mid-March, according to a circular issued by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council on March 12.

The move aims to help the regions solve difficulties and tackle problems during the work resumption process, and to help achieve the goals and tasks of economic and social development of the year, said the circular.
