Qinghai ethnic culture shines in Japan

Hosted by the China Cultural Center in Tokyo, the event was attended by Kong Xuanyou, Chinese ambassador to Japan; Hideyo Hanazumi, governor of Niigata prefecture; Luo Yuquan, director of the China Cultural Center in Tokyo; and many other Chinese, Japanese, South Korean and Russian dignitaries, along with more than 500 local audience members.
