Young Ningxia photographer wins top honor in intl contest

Dong Shuchang, a 21-year-old junior student from Ningxia Hui autonomous region, has gained recognition among more people since he became this year's top winner as a new photographer at the Insight Investment Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2019 contest.
