
Qingxu Grapes have varieties such as Longan, Milk, Donkey milk and Purple Rose and the introduced varieties include Queen of Vineyard and Jufeng. The pulp is soft and contains 0.4 percent of protein, 6 percent of fat and 18 to 22 percent of sugar. It also has microelement such as calcium, phosphorus and iron and several vitamins.
It can be eaten directly and also processed. Eating grapes can help digestion, cool blood and help cure diseases such as hypertension.
