The Beijing Geology Auditorium was formerly known as the “Li Siguang Workshop” under the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources. Li Siguang (1889-1971), known as the founder of China's geomechanics, was the country's first minister for geology and minerals.
The auditorium has a total construction area of 5,000 square meters with 1,000 seats. It is a multi-functional and comprehensive cultural and entertainment venue.
