A booklet of an outline on boosting civic morality in a new era has been published by the People's Publishing House and is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country.

The booklet contains the full text of the outline, which was issued by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and the State Council, and a question-and-answer article from a leading official with the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee.
