Forty-two contestants from 32 countries competed in the final of the 2019 Silk Road Miss Tourism of the Globe competition in Shapotou in Zhongwei, Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region, raising it to the level of a world-class pageant.

After fierce competition, contestants from China, Venezuela, and Equatorial Guinea won the first three places.
