Petrochemical industry

A relatively complete industrial system has been established that includes petrochemicals, marine chemicals, coal chemicals, basic chemical raw materials, agriculture, fine chemicals, biochemical engineering, polymer materials, rubber and plastic products and chemical machinery. Many products enjoy high reputations at home and abroad.

In 2018, the industrial added value of the province's petrochemical industry had a year-on-year growth of 1.4 percent.
