Second Cultural and Art Festival of Retired Cadres opens in Nanyang

The Second Cultural and Art Festival of Retired Cadres opened in Nanyang on June 20, 2019. The festival, which will last until mid-October, has a theme of "my motherland and me".

The festival is co-hosted by the Publicity Department of the Nanyang Municipal Party Committee, the Bureau of Senior Cadres, the Working Committee of Retired Cadres, and the Nanyang Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau.
