A cherry blossom-themed subway car begins operating in Dalian, a city in North China's Liaoning province, on April 1. Dalian's line 12 subway cars have been decorated with cherry blossom art to welcome the 11th Dalian (Lushunkou) International Cherry Blossom Festival from April 3 to May 20.
